Kipper found a case. Dad looked at the case. He couldn't open it. "what can be in it?" "what is in it?"

 

2.The stars J3

The children were with Gran for the weekend.

Gran and the children went up the hill.

 

3.Long legs J3

It's a clown on stilts

Stilts are two long pieces of wood with pieces for the feet fixed high up on the sides so that people can stand on them and walk high above the ground.

On the way back, the wind blew Dad's hat up into a tree. A man let Dad a stick. Kipper got on Dad's back. The other clown lifted him up. She put him on the clown't back.

 

4.Floppy and skateboard J2

Biff and Chip were at the skateboard park with Wilf. Wilf went fast. He did a jump and a turn. Biff went down the ramp, too.

A ramp is a sloping surface between two places that are at different levels.

Floppy set off down the hill. he ran to stop Floppy. Floppy went faster and faster. Wilf's mum ran after Floppy. 

When you set off, you start a journey.

But Floppy kept going. The skateboard did a jump.

 

5.Gran's New Glasses J2

Gran was painting the window. You are getting paint on the glass. You are getting paint on the wall.

Gran had put up a shelf. But it was not level. A pot slid off the shelf with a crash.

The pizza is upside down. Gran, You can't see well, I think you need new glasses.

Gran went to get her eyes tested. She did need a new glasses. 

I think I will go for a new look.Gran put on this pair. She put on this pair. "will this pair do? or this pair?" This pari is best.

 

6.The Birthday candle J2

Biff had a bag from Anneena. "wow, Fab presents"

If you say that something is fab, you are emphasizing that you think it is very good.

Dad lit the candle. it went hiss and fizz. The candle went pop. An enormous flower shot out of it. 

 

7.The seal pup

A seal pup was on the sand.

A seal is a large animal with a rounded body and flat legs called flippers. Seals eat fish and live in and near the sea, usually in cold parts of the world.

The young of some other animals, for example, seals, are called pups.

The mother did not come back. Dad sent for help.->물개를 위해 도움전화를 한 것을 의미함.

Mrs Hill and her team got the seal pup into the boat. The children went back to see seal pup. He was big and fit.

"he can go back in the sea. we can let him go at last" They took the seal out in a boat. Seal pup went in with a splash.
